Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skillpreneur website, learning platform, courses, digital content, training programs, partner/referral features, freelancer opportunities, certificates, community resources and other related services ("Services").

Skillpreneur may be referred to in these Terms as "Skillpreneur", "we", "us", or "our". A visitor, student, purchaser, partner, affiliate, referrer or other person using our Services may be referred to as "you", "your", or "User".

By creating an account, purchasing a product or Service, accessing a course, participating in the partner/referral program, or otherwise using Skillpreneur, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy forms an important part of these Terms and should be read together with them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into the relevant transaction or agreement under applicable law.

Where a user is below the age required to independently enter into a binding agreement, participation or purchase may require the involvement or consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to Skillpreneur is truthful, complete and accurate.

3. Account Registration

Certain Skillpreneur Services require the creation of an account. When registering, you may be required to provide:

• Full name
• Age
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Country
• State or region
• Password
• Referral code, where applicable
• Other information reasonably required to operate the Service

You agree to provide accurate and current information. You must not create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, transfer or sell your account, share login credentials with unauthorized persons, or attempt to manipulate referral attribution through duplicate accounts.

Skillpreneur may suspend or restrict accounts reasonably believed to be fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated or operated in violation of these Terms.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You should immediately contact Skillpreneur if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Skillpreneur will never require you to disclose your password, OTP, UPI PIN, debit/credit card PIN, CVV, or banking password through ordinary customer support communication.

You remain responsible for activities conducted through your account unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Courses and Digital Services

Skillpreneur provides educational and skill-development Services which may include:

• Recorded courses
• Live classes
• Training programs
• Projects
• Assessments
• Learning resources
• Certificates
• Community access
• Partner/referral features
• Freelancer opportunities
• Mentorship or related educational Services

Course availability, trainers, lesson structure, duration, project availability, features and content may change over time. We may add new lessons, update outdated content, replace instructors, modify course structure, improve resources, remove discontinued materials, or change platform functionality for legitimate operational, educational, security or business reasons.

6. Course Packages

Skillpreneur may provide different access packages. Current packages may include:

• STARTER - Rs. 2,000
• ELITE - Rs. 7,000
• EXCLUSIVE - Rs. 14,000
• VIP - Rs. 22,000

The exact courses, features, mentorship, certificates, partner benefits and other inclusions available under each package shall be determined by the package information displayed on Skillpreneur at the time of purchase. Higher packages may include certain features available under lower packages where expressly stated.

Skillpreneur may revise package pricing or package composition prospectively. Changes to future pricing do not automatically entitle an existing customer to a refund or price adjustment.

7. Purchases and Payments

When purchasing a Skillpreneur product or Service, you agree to provide accurate transaction and billing information. Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.

By making a purchase, you authorize the payment provider and Skillpreneur to process the information reasonably necessary to complete and record the transaction. Skillpreneur does not intentionally store complete credit/debit card details, CVV, UPI PIN, banking passwords, or payment OTPs. Such sensitive information is generally handled by the applicable payment provider.

A purchase shall be considered successfully completed only after payment confirmation is received through the applicable payment system. Skillpreneur may refuse, hold or cancel a transaction where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, duplicate transaction, incorrect pricing, technical error, fraud suspicion, unauthorized payment, or legal or regulatory requirements.

8. Pricing

Prices displayed on the Skillpreneur website are applicable at the time they are displayed, subject to correction of genuine errors.

Skillpreneur may introduce promotional prices, offer discount codes, withdraw promotions, modify future prices, or run limited-time campaigns. A user is not entitled to demand a previous or future promotional price merely because it was available at another time.

9. Discounts and Promo Codes

Only authorized Skillpreneur discounts, promo codes and referral offers may be used. Partners or affiliates must not independently alter Skillpreneur pricing unless expressly authorized.

Unauthorized discounting may result in investigation, cancellation or correction of referral attribution, commission adjustment, a partner warning, temporary suspension, or removal from the partner program in serious cases. Skillpreneur may review evidence from involved parties before deciding referral or attribution disputes.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility, where offered, will be governed by the applicable Skillpreneur Refund Policy available on the website.

A user requesting a refund must comply with the applicable refund request period, eligibility conditions, verification requirements, and payment gateway procedures. Any approved refund may be subject to legitimate payment gateway charges, transaction costs or processing deductions where disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

Refund eligibility may be denied where the permitted refund period has expired, significant course content has already been consumed where applicable, the purchase was fraudulent, account manipulation occurred, refund abuse is detected, or the transaction is otherwise excluded by the applicable Refund Policy.

11. Upgrades

Eligible students may be offered the ability to upgrade from one Skillpreneur package to another. Upgrade prices, eligibility and benefits may vary depending upon the existing package, current pricing, promotional offers, account status, and upgrade rules then in effect.

Purchasing an upgrade does not create an entitlement to benefits not explicitly included in the upgraded package.

12. Educational Purpose

Skillpreneur provides training, educational material and skill-development resources. Skillpreneur does not guarantee employment, freelancing income, business profits, client acquisition, revenue, sales, investment returns, specific earnings, career placement, or a specific business outcome.

Results depend on factors including student effort, practice, skill level, execution, market conditions, experience, communication ability, sales ability, and individual circumstances. Success stories, student earnings, testimonials and examples are individual experiences and must not be interpreted as guaranteed or typical results.

13. No Earnings Guarantee

Participation in Skillpreneur courses, training or partner programs does not guarantee income. Any earning figures displayed for educational, recognition or promotional purposes must not be interpreted as a promise that another user will achieve the same result. Users are responsible for their own commercial decisions and actions.

14. Partner / Referral Program

Skillpreneur may provide an optional Partner or Referral Program. Participation in the Partner Program is voluntary and is subject to eligibility requirements and program rules then applicable.

Partner access may include referral codes, referral links, lead capture, referral information, an earnings dashboard, commission records, a leaderboard, KYC, training, qualification programs, and community resources.

Participation does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture between Skillpreneur and the participating partner unless expressly agreed through a separate written agreement.

15. Unique Referral Codes

Skillpreneur may issue a unique referral code to each eligible Partner. The referral code is associated with the Partner account.

Users must not manipulate referral codes, fraudulently change sponsors, create fake accounts to generate commissions, use another person's identity, or attempt to manipulate referral attribution. Referral attribution is determined using Skillpreneur's system records and applicable Partner Program rules.

16. Referral Attribution

Where a customer legitimately registers or purchases using a Partner's assigned referral link or referral code, the transaction may be attributed to that Partner according to Skillpreneur's active referral rules.

Once a customer has been legitimately attributed to a Partner, Skillpreneur may restrict arbitrary sponsor changes to protect the integrity of the referral program. In cases of fraud, technical errors, duplicate accounts, unauthorized discounts, manipulation, or incorrect attribution, Skillpreneur may review and correct referral attribution based upon reasonable evidence and system records.

17. Existing Customers

Skillpreneur may restrict commissions where an existing Skillpreneur customer attempts to create a new account or use a different Partner's referral code for the purpose of creating a new commission.

Where an existing customer upgrades legitimately through their original registered account, commission eligibility may remain with the originally attributed Partner where permitted by the current commission structure.

18. Self-Purchase and Commission Manipulation

Partners must not directly or indirectly use their own referral links, referral codes or associated accounts for the primary purpose of generating artificial commissions.

Examples of prohibited conduct may include creating fake customer accounts, using multiple identities, artificially routing personal purchases, coordinating fake transactions, or manipulating customer attribution. Verified violations may result in commission cancellation, account suspension, Partner Program termination, recovery of incorrectly paid commissions, or other appropriate action.

19. Lead Ownership Disputes

If multiple Partners claim the same lead or customer, Skillpreneur may review referral tracking, lead timestamps, communication evidence, transaction records, referral codes, system records, and other relevant evidence.

Skillpreneur will make a reasonable determination regarding attribution. Partners must not harass customers or other Partners during such disputes.

20. Partner Conduct

Partners must communicate professionally, accurately represent Skillpreneur, avoid misleading claims and false income guarantees, respect customers and other Partners, protect customer information, follow applicable laws, use authorized promotional information, and clearly distinguish themselves from Skillpreneur management where appropriate.

Partners must not falsely claim to be an employee, director, owner, or authorized legal representative of Skillpreneur unless that is actually true.

21. Prohibited Partner Activities

Partners must not engage in fake income claims, misleading advertisements, unauthorized discounts, fake payment screenshots, false testimonials, customer harassment, affiliate poaching through deceptive conduct, fraudulent enrollments, fake referral activity, identity manipulation, spam, misrepresentation, collecting customer payments into unauthorized personal accounts, misusing customer data, misrepresenting package benefits, or creating false urgency claims.

Skillpreneur may investigate suspected violations.

22. Partner Disciplinary Action

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Skillpreneur may take proportionate action including a warning, request for explanation, temporary restriction, suspension of Partner privileges, withholding disputed commissions pending review, reversal of fraudulent commissions, permanent removal from the Partner Program, account restriction where necessary, or legal action where warranted.

Purchased course access should not automatically be removed solely because Partner privileges are revoked unless there is a separate legitimate reason affecting the underlying Skillpreneur account.

23. Commissions

Partner commissions, where applicable, are governed by Skillpreneur's current commission structure. Commission amounts may depend on product, package, referral attribution, promotion, Partner eligibility, transaction status, refund status, KYC, fraud review, and applicable Partner Program rules.

A dashboard showing estimated earnings does not necessarily mean that the amount is immediately payable. Amounts may be subject to verification before payout.

24. Incorrect Commission Payments

If a commission is paid incorrectly because of technical error, duplicate transaction, refund, fraud, incorrect referral attribution, existing customer manipulation, or administrative mistake, Skillpreneur may reasonably recover or adjust the incorrect amount. Such adjustment may be made against future Partner earnings where permitted.

25. Withholding of Disputed Commissions

Skillpreneur may temporarily hold commissions while investigating suspected fraud, referral disputes, chargebacks, refunds, policy violations, identity issues, KYC issues, or payment irregularities.

Amounts that are legitimate and payable will be processed according to the applicable payout rules following review.

26. KYC and Payout Information

Partners may be required to complete KYC before receiving payouts or participating in certain incentives. KYC may require full name, PAN, Aadhaar details where lawfully required, bank account holder name, bank account number, IFSC, and supporting documents.

Such information will be handled according to Skillpreneur's Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. Users must provide accurate information. Fraudulent KYC documents may result in account restriction and further action.

27. Partner Qualifications, Rewards and Trips

Skillpreneur may announce Partner qualification programs, rewards, dinners, trips, recognition programs or other incentives. Current or future examples may include milestones such as earning Rs. 1,00,000 and qualifying for a five-star family dinner, or earning Rs. 5,00,000 and qualifying for a cruise trip. These examples apply only if they are currently displayed as active official Skillpreneur qualifications.

Qualification terms may include genuine eligible earnings, KYC verification, compliance with Partner rules, qualification within the announced period, no fraudulent transactions, no unresolved chargebacks, and other conditions disclosed with the campaign. Qualification does not necessarily mean immediate cash reimbursement. Travel, accommodation, timing, location, booking conditions and other reward details may be governed by additional campaign-specific rules.

28. Reward Modification

Skillpreneur may modify, postpone, replace or cancel a reward program where reasonably necessary due to supplier unavailability, travel restrictions, safety concerns, legal requirements, force majeure, insufficient qualifying participation, or operational reasons.

Where appropriate, Skillpreneur may substitute a reward with another reward of reasonably comparable nature or value.

29. Intellectual Property

All original Skillpreneur materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This may include course videos, course scripts, PDFs, presentations, graphics, branding, logos, website design, learning resources, training systems, worksheets, templates, assessments, certificates, and marketing materials.

Unless expressly permitted, users must not resell course content, redistribute recordings, upload paid material publicly, copy entire courses, share account access, record restricted live classes, remove Skillpreneur branding, claim Skillpreneur content as their own, or commercially exploit Skillpreneur material without authorization.

30. Limited Course Access License

A purchase provides the user with a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the purchased educational material according to the package terms. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of Skillpreneur intellectual property to the user.

31. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content available through Skillpreneur infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, contact supportskillpreneur@gmail.com.

Your notice should reasonably identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, where the material appears, your contact information, and your basis for claiming ownership or authority. Skillpreneur may review valid complaints and take appropriate action according to applicable law.

32. User Content

Where Skillpreneur allows Users to submit assignments, reviews, testimonials, projects, portfolio material, feedback, comments, community posts, or other content, the User remains responsible for ensuring that the submitted material does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Users must not upload illegal content, stolen material, malware, copyright-infringing content, harassing material, fraudulent content, or content violating another person's privacy.

33. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas or feedback concerning Skillpreneur, you permit Skillpreneur to consider and use such feedback to improve its Services without creating an obligation to compensate you unless otherwise agreed in writing.

34. Platform Acceptable Use

Users must not attempt unauthorized system access, circumvent authentication, hack or probe the platform, introduce malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, scrape restricted data without authorization, manipulate platform records, tamper with course progress, falsify assessments, manipulate referral tracking, attempt to access another user's private account, or interfere with the platform's operation.

35. Third-Party Services

Skillpreneur may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database services, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, video hosting, email, analytics, communications, and other operational functions. Skillpreneur is not responsible for independent changes, outages or policies of third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

36. External Links

Skillpreneur may contain links to external websites or platforms, including social networks, communities, payment providers, video platforms, scheduling services, and other external resources. Skillpreneur does not control all third-party websites. Users should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party providers before using them.

37. Service Availability

We aim to keep Skillpreneur reasonably available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary disruption may occur because of maintenance, hosting outages, internet disruptions, payment gateway issues, database issues, browser incompatibility, security incidents, software bugs, third-party failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

Skillpreneur may undertake maintenance or updates when necessary.

38. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Skillpreneur is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, every course will remain unchanged, all third-party integrations will always remain available, Users will achieve particular commercial results, or the platform will be completely free from technical errors at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

39. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skillpreneur shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control. Skillpreneur is not responsible for financial decisions made independently by Users based solely on educational content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

40. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a User may be responsible for losses, claims or costs resulting directly from their fraudulent conduct, intellectual property infringement, illegal activity, unauthorized use of another person's information, or material violation of these Terms. This provision applies subject to applicable law.

41. Termination and Suspension

Skillpreneur may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security risks, payment fraud, serious Terms violations, unauthorized access attempts, abuse, illegal conduct, intellectual property violations, or Partner manipulation.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, users may be given an opportunity to address the issue. Certain provisions such as intellectual property rights, payment obligations, fraud recovery, disclaimers and liability provisions may continue after termination where legally applicable.

42. Community Rules

Users participating in Skillpreneur communities must maintain appropriate conduct. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, threats, hate speech, obscene content, spam, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized promotion, sharing pirated course material, and soliciting private payments under false representations.

Community access may be restricted for violations.

43. Communications

Skillpreneur may send communications related to account access, course updates, transactions, live sessions, Partner activities, certificates, security, support, and important policy changes. Optional promotional communications may also be sent where permitted.

Users may request to stop receiving optional promotional messages where applicable. Essential transactional and security messages may still be sent.

44. Fraud Prevention

Users should only rely upon official Skillpreneur channels. Official support email: supportskillpreneur@gmail.com.

Skillpreneur support should never ask for passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, or banking passwords. Users should not transfer money to unauthorized personal bank accounts merely because someone claims to represent Skillpreneur. Skillpreneur may not be responsible for voluntary payments made to fraudulent third parties or unauthorized accounts outside our official payment systems, subject to applicable law.

45. Data Protection

Personal Information handled through Skillpreneur is governed by our Privacy Policy. Partners receiving information about prospective customers must use such information responsibly and only for legitimate Skillpreneur-related purposes.

Partners must not sell lead data, publicly disclose customer information, spam customers, or share confidential customer data without authorization.

46. Force Majeure

Skillpreneur will not be considered in breach of these Terms where performance is prevented or materially delayed by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, war, civil disturbance, major infrastructure outages, telecommunications failures, cloud provider outages, payment network disruptions, or other comparable events. This clause applies subject to applicable law.

47. Changes to Services

Skillpreneur may modify or discontinue features in response to technology changes, security needs, business requirements, educational improvements, legal requirements, or service provider changes. Reasonable efforts may be made to avoid unnecessary disruption to existing users.

48. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated Terms may be posted on this page along with a revised "Last Updated" date. Users should periodically review the Terms. Where required by law or where a change is materially significant, additional notice may be provided.

49. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

50. No Waiver

A failure by Skillpreneur to immediately enforce a particular provision does not automatically constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or other rights.

51. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute shall be handled subject to applicable Indian law and mandatory consumer protection or jurisdictional requirements.

52. Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law, disputes relating to Skillpreneur shall ordinarily be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

53. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.

54. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable Refund Policy, package-specific terms, Partner/referral rules, and other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the terms governing the relevant use of Skillpreneur Services.
